The 20 FFR1 Carbon Graphite alloy wheel is the result of the “lightweight” Multi Spoke technology, as it is called by the manufacturer ISPIRI. This is created through the unique “Spoked paired tapered” process, which focuses on the unique manufacturing process of the outer part of a wheel. This process highlights the size of the wheel and at the same time this is the signature of all wheel models produced by ISPIRI. The FFR1 wheel collection was specially designed to maximize the excellent properties of these wheels. This was possible thanks to the Motioncast™ process patented by ISPIRI. This collection of wheels has a wide compatibility such as BMW, VW, Audi, Porsche, respectively Mercedes.
# Alloy wheel 20 FFR1 Carbon Graphite ISPIRI
The alloy wheel 20 FFR1 Carbon Graphite is a wheel with a classic, normal shape. The entire outer part of the wheel, together with the “lip” of the wheel, are the result of the latest technologies in the automotive field. Among them, ISPIRI is proud of FusionForged™ and Motioncast™. These two of the most important technologies have allowed them to improve the technical performance of many modern high-performance vehicles.
This is produced using the Motioncast™ process. This is a superior process of casting a denser than normal alloy in a car wheel mold. This will form with very few impurities, respectively air bubbles. The end result will be a much stronger and more resistant wheel compared to wheels produced from low-pressure cast aluminum.
This is the latest technology launched by ISPIRI on the market. This is a process that uses a specially calibrated drum together with a high temperature flow. The two combined with the pressure applied by a roller will perfectly compress the stretch of material that will form the cylinder of a wheel. This process will change the structure of the forged aluminum of a car wheel. The end result being a much thinner, more resistant and at the same time lighter wheel (~25% lighter than a normal wheel).
