Return information

If you are not satisfied with a purchased product, you can return it free of charge within 14 calendar days from the time of delivery/return. The return does not affect in any way the legal rights of return within 14 days for distance selling.
The buyer has the right to return a good within 14 calendar days without giving any reason and without incurring any costs other than delivery costs. Thus, according to GEO no. 34/2014, the period for returning a good expires within 14 days from:
– the day on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the good – if the Buyer orders through a single order multiple products that will be delivered separately.
– the day on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the last good – in the case of delivery of a product consisting of several batches of parts.
*some products sold by Project 85 Automotive have a specific return policy.

General conditions:

The products you return must be in the same condition in which you received them.
Returns must be made with the original labels intact, the original warranty certificate (if issued by the manufacturer/distributor) and all the documents with which the product was delivered.

The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and accompanied by the accessories/boxes with which it was delivered (if applicable).
We DO NOT accept products that have had unauthorised work done on them, products that show signs of wear or use, scratches, chipping, dents, mechanical/electrical shocks, or products that are missing accessories.

Refund information:

Money will be refunded to the account specified by the Customer (in writing) at the time of return.
The money will be visible in the Customer’s account within 14 calendar days.
*special order products (regardless of category) cannot be returned.
