Status of your order
Once you have registered your order, you will receive information about its status by email.

Change or cancel your order
The possibility to cancel an order or delivery is only available at the customer’s request using the contact methods here.

Delivery methods
1. Delivery by courier (by Fan Courier)
For products sold by Project 85 Automotive the delivery charge is applied according to the volume of products in the order, regardless of the order value, and differs from one product to another. The delivery fee will be applied and will be communicated to the customer before the fiscal formalities are completed. For localities outside the courier network, delivery of the order is subject to an additional fee which will be communicated to the customer before the tax formalities are completed.

2. Planned delivery
For orders with delivery in Bucharest you have at your disposal the premium service of planned delivery. To benefit from this service please contact the Sales Agent responsible for your order. If your order has not been placed by a Sales Agent, please use the contact methods here. For orders eligible with this service, you can select the day and the time interval in which you want the products related to your order to arrive at the mentioned location.

3. Collection from the showroom

If you choose to pick up the products from our showroom, their delivery will be free of charge.
