General conditions

For all products sold and delivered by Project 85 Automotive you benefit from a warranty certificate according to the legislation in force and the commercial policies of the manufacturers. The warranty certificate for products sold by Project 85 Automotive will be issued in electronic format. You will receive the certificate by email after your order has been validated and paid.

Exception is made in cases where the ordered product has not been paid in full, but only an advance payment has been made.The warranty certificate is delivered to the Customer immediately after delivery, respectively receipt of the product. There are cases when you will receive the warranty certificate issued by the manufacturer in digital/printed format. You will find it in the box in which the product will be delivered or will be delivered separately by express courier to the same address, or to another address communicated by the Customer.

We recommend that you keep the warranty certificate in order to be able to benefit from the warranty, if necessary.If the product fails during the warranty period, the repair will be provided by the manufacturer’s authorised service network or in the centres specified in the warranty certificate. The entire responsibility for the warranty settlement will be taken over by Project 85 Automotive according to the conditions stipulated by the Manufacturer in the respective warranty certificate.

Warranty conditions may vary depending on the manufacturer and are set out in each manufacturer’s national/international commercial policies.
