Product warranty

For all products sold and delivered by Project 85 Automotive, you benefit from a warranty certificate according to the legislation in force and the commercial policies of the manufacturers. The warranty certificate related to the products sold by Project 85 Automotive will be issued in electronic format. You will receive the certificate by email after your order has been validated and paid for. Exceptions are made in cases where the ordered product was not paid in full, but only an advance was paid.

The warranty certificate is delivered to the Customer immediately after the delivery, respectively the reception of the product. There are cases, however, when you will receive a warranty certificate issued by the manufacturer in digital/printed format. You can find it in the box in which the product will be delivered to be delivered separately by fast courier to the same address, or to another address communicated by the Client.

We recommend keeping the warranty certificate to be able to benefit from the warranty, if needed. If the product breaks down during the warranty period, the repair is provided by the manufacturer’s authorized service network or in the centers specified in the warranty certificate.

The entire responsibility of solving the warranty will be taken over by Project 85 Automotive according to the conditions stipulated by the Manufacturer in the respective warranty certificate. The conditions for granting guarantees may vary depending on the manufacturer and are established in the commercial policies of each manufacturer, at the national/international level.
