The 20 FFR8 Matt Carbon Bronze alloy wheel is produced using the Motioncast™ process. This is a superior process of casting a denser than normal alloy in a car wheel mold. This will form with very few impurities, respectively air bubbles. The final result will be a much stronger and more resistant wheel compared to the wheels produced from low-pressure cast aluminum.
This is the latest technology launched by ISPIRI on the market. This is a process that uses a specially calibrated drum, along with a high temperature flow. The two combined together with the pressure applied by a roller, will perfectly compress the stretch of material. Finally, this will form the cylinder of an ISPIRI wheel. This process will change the structure of the forged aluminum of a car wheel. The final result will be a much thinner, more resistant and at the same time lighter wheel (~25% lighter than a normal wheel).
