The FFR1D wheel collection was also designed to could maximize the weight properties of the wheel, combined with the flow obtained thanks to the Motioncast™ technology. We guarantee the fact that all ISPIRI wheels are finished by hand in their workshop in the UK. This special design will offer an optical effect that will make your wheels appear visibly larger.
The 21 FFR1D Carbon Graphite alloy wheel is produced using the Motioncast™ process. This is a superior process of casting a denser than normal alloy in a car wheel mold. This will form with very few impurities, respectively air bubbles. The final result will be a much stronger and more resistant wheel compared to the wheels produced from low-pressure cast aluminum.
This is the latest technology launched by ISPIRI on the market. This is a process that uses a specially calibrated drum, along with a high temperature flow. The two combined together with the pressure applied by a roller, will perfectly compress the stretch of material that will form the cylinder of a wheel. This process will change the structure of the forged aluminum of a car wheel. The final result will be a much thinner, more resistant and at the same time lighter wheel (~25% lighter than a normal wheel).
