Return information
If you are not satisfied with a purchased product, you can return it free of charge within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the time of delivery/pickup. The return does not influence in any way the legal rights of return within 14 days valid for distance trade.

The buyer has the right to return a good, within 14 calendar days without invoking any reason and without incurring costs other than those of delivery. Thus according to GEO no. 34/2014, the period for returning a good expires within 14 days from:

• the day the Buyer takes physical possession of the good – if the Buyer orders multiple products in one order that will be delivered separately
• the day on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the last good – in the case of the delivery of a product consisting of several batches of parts
• some products sold by Project 85 Automotive have a specific return policy

General conditions:

The products you return must be in the same condition in which you received them.

The return is made with the initial labels intact, respectively the original warranty certificate (if it was issued by the manufacturer/distributor), respectively all the documents with which the product was delivered.

The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and accompanied by the accessories/gifts with which it was delivered (if applicable)

Products on which unauthorized interventions have been carried out, those that show signs of wear or use, scratches, chips, shocks, mechanical/electrical shocks, or products that are missing accessories are NOT accepted.

Refund information for paid amounts:

• the money will be returned to the account specified by the Client (in writing) at the time of return
• the money will be visible in the Client’s account in a maximum of 14 calendar days
• special Order products (regardless of category) cannot be returned
